EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at angelzessentialz@yahoo.com.
Once we receive your returned item in its original, unused condition, we will process your refund within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed goods that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
- Custom or personalized items made to your specifications
- Perishable goods
All Other Customers All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for customers outside the European Union, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
Defective or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at angelzessentialz@yahoo.com with a photo of the issue and we will make it right.
